What we will decline to treat

Almost nobody publishes this. It is the most useful page on the site, because it is the one that tells you whether the answer you get here can be trusted.

01

Testosterone with normal levels and no symptoms

Two morning draws are required before any decision. If both are within range and there is no clinical picture to match, testosterone is not the answer, and thyroid, sleep, iron and mood get looked at first.

02

GLP-1 medication outside label or evidence

Prescribing follows label indication or evidence-supported off-label use, with documented BMI or A1c rationale. Not vanity dosing.

03

Anything sold on the side

No supplements, no proprietary line, no retail. If a supplement is genuinely indicated, you will be told what to buy and where, and this practice will not be selling it.

04

Peptides and infusions the data does not support

Peptides are discussed in terms of what the evidence does and does not show. Research chemicals are not sold as therapeutics, and NAD+ is not presented as more than the human data supports.

05

Optimization and longevity programmes

This is a medical practice, not a performance clinic. If what you want is optimization, this is the wrong practice and you will be told so at the first visit rather than the fourth.

A practice that gets paid either way can afford to give you the honest answer.
